I can’t say enough about the sports recovery class offered at BODY. First the Body Architect guided us through mobility and breathwork, then coached us through breath in the 42 degree cold plunge and into the sauna for more mindful breathing. I dunked in the cold tub one last time before finishing class. What a great way to start the day!
This is such a beautiful studio with knowledgeable & friendly staff. I experienced my first myofascial session here and feel absolutely great.
